About each tool
S

Salesforge
Cold email and LinkedIn outreach platform with sequences, warm-up and a unified inbox. Pro is $40 a month billed annually ($48 monthly, reported).
Who it is for
The vendor's pricing is not seat-based and it lists unlimited mailboxes, so it suits sales teams and agencies that send outbound email and LinkedIn messages at volume. Pro is limited to one user, so teams with several sellers are pointed to Growth.
Strengths
- The pricing page lists unlimited email mailboxes, workspaces, contact storage and premium warm-up on both Pro and Growth.
- Salesforge lists conditional email and LinkedIn sequences, and Primebox, which gathers email and LinkedIn replies in one inbox with AI analysis (sentiment analysis is listed on both plans).
- Both plans list Smart Mailbox Rotation, Dynamic IPs, a Knowledge Base and live chat support.
- Growth adds the Salesforge API, MCP and CLI, A/B testing, multi-language sequences, ESP matching, personal onboarding and priority support.
- The homepage lists 30+ integrations, naming HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, GoHighLevel and Zapier, plus a public API (v2), a CLI and an MCP server.
- The pricing FAQ says there is no contract, billing can be monthly or annual, and plan changes can be made at any time and are charged pro-rata.
Limitations
- There is no permanent free plan. The FAQ lists a 14-day trial limited to 50 contacts, 100 emails, 50 validation, 50 personalization and 100 social action credits.
- Usage is metered. Pro includes 1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails a month and 300 each of validation, personalization and social action credits; Growth includes 10,000, 50,000 and 1,000. The page says extra contacts, emails and credits can be bought in the app but gives no prices.
- Domains and mailboxes are bought separately through the Forge stack (Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge) unless you connect your own, and the FAQ says each product is subscribed to separately. Prices for these products differ between sections of the same pricing page.
- The pricing page shows the same figure ($40 or $80) beside both the monthly and annual labels, and its stack estimator shows Salesforge at $96 a month. The page has no refund or cancellation FAQ, and the terms and privacy pages could not be read, so data-use and training rules are unconfirmed.
I

Instantly.ai
Cold email outreach platform with unlimited email accounts and warmup, plus separate credits plans for lead data and AI agents. Outreach starts at $47 a month, billed monthly.
Who it is for
Instantly's pricing and help pages describe sales and outbound teams that send email campaigns from many mailboxes. It also sells done-for-you domains and email accounts and a custom-priced VIP setup service for teams that want hands-on help.
Strengths
- Instantly lists unlimited email accounts, automated warmup, analytics, scheduling, bounce detection, and API access on all Outreach plans.
- Instantly lists the Automation Builder at no extra cost on all plans.
- Instantly says there are no overage fees: when a plan's volume is used up, you move to a higher tier.
- Instantly lists native webhooks and a Deliverability AI Agent from the Hypergrowth plan. Its blog describes native HubSpot and Pipedrive connections and Zapier and Make workflows, and says Salesforce works through a partner, OutboundSync.
- Instantly's help center says the CRM covers email, calls, SMS, tasks, and LinkedIn in one place, with a unified inbox and opportunity stages; it describes unlimited seats at a flat price.
- Instantly sells done-for-you sending infrastructure: domains at $15 a year, and email accounts at $4, $5, or $10 a month depending on type.
Limitations
- Under the Terms, you keep ownership of your data but grant Instantly a license to process it and to use de-identified or aggregated data to improve its service. AI inputs and outputs count as your data, and Instantly says it is not responsible for how third-party AI services handle them, including for model training.
