What is Simplify Copilot?
Simplify Copilot is a browser extension that autofills job application forms by mapping the questions to a profile you create, and saves each submitted application to a tracker. It works with the Simplify website's job matches, resume builder and job tracker; the vendor also offers an iOS app.
Who it's for
Job seekers who fill in the same application questions repeatedly and want a free autofill and tracking tool, with optional paid tools for tailored resumes, cover letters and auto-applying. Simplify's terms say the site is intended for users who are at least 18, and its help pages say Simplify+ does not guarantee interviews, offers or pay.

Strengths
- Simplify's Copilot page says it autofills applications on over 100 job boards and portals, naming Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters.
- The Copilot page says autofill, the application tracker, job matches and a basic resume builder are features it commits to keeping free, with no limit on applications.
- Simplify's help article says free users also get a manual Resume Builder, uploaded resumes, a Job Tracker and Gmail integration (matched conversations, sending, suggested status updates).
- The help article lists Simplify+ features: AI resume tailoring and feedback, multiple uploaded resumes, AI cover letters and question answers, AI email drafts for tracked jobs, referral tools and Autopilot.
- Simplify's Autopilot help page says it opens a posting, fills it from your profile and submits it, and that a failed run does not use a credit.
- Simplify's refund policy lists a way to request account credit or a refund for an extended, verifiable technical problem, and says web subscribers cancel under Manage Subscription.
Limitations
- Simplify's help article says Autopilot is not available without Simplify+, and Simplify+ includes 20 credits per week; one credit is used per successfully submitted application and unused credits do not roll over.
- The help article says AI cover letters, resume tailoring and AI question responses are Simplify+ features, while the Copilot page describes AI-drafted answers without saying which plan includes them. The pages disagree or are unclear; confirm before relying on them.
- No numeric limits for the free plan or for Simplify+ resume tailoring, cover letters or AI email drafts are given on the help pages read. The Copilot page says there is no limit on applications.
- Autopilot submits without a review step, per Simplify's help page, and it fails an application rather than guess an answer it is unsure of. It appears only on postings from a set of supported application systems.
- Simplify+ renews automatically for its period (weekly, monthly or every three months) until canceled. Payments are generally non-refundable once access begins, and a renewal-charge refund must be requested within 24 hours (web purchases only).
- Simplify's terms say it may use AI inputs and generated responses to operate and improve its services, and prohibit accessing the site through AI agents or automated means without authorization.
