Waalaxy vs lemlist

Waalaxy and lemlist side by side: what each one is, what it costs to start, and whether you can try it free. Everything below comes from the vendors' own sites and other public sources, not from hands-on testing.

Neither tool is ranked above the other here. These are research-based profiles, not hands-on tests. Starting price is the lowest listed paid plan per month (annual-billing equivalent where the vendor lists one), as shown on the vendor's own site when we last checked. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor's site. How this site works.

Key differences

Neither lists a free tier, so expect to pay to use either one.

Waalaxy has the lower starting price ($9.50/mo against $55/mo for lemlist). The cheapest plan rarely has the same limits or features, so compare plans before choosing on price.

Both are in our Sales & CRM category.

About each tool

Waalaxy

Automates LinkedIn outreach and email follow-ups via a Chrome extension and web app. Pro is €19 a month per user, or about €9.50 with yearly billing (reported).

Who it is for

Waalaxy lists sales reps and teams, founders, agencies, recruiters and HR teams as its users, and says it aims for simple setup without technical skills. It also offers team roles, shared lists and a rule against messaging the same prospect twice.

Strengths

  • Waalaxy lists unlimited campaigns, prebuilt sequences, automated LinkedIn follow-ups, CRM sync and CSV import/export on all three paid plans, and the site cites 99+ ready-made sequences.
  • Waalaxy lists native syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, plus Make, Zapier and n8n modules (Advanced and above); API access is listed from Advanced.
  • Campaigns can be built from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite, or from imported lists. Waalaxy says Sales Navigator is optional.
  • Waalaxy says it draws daily volume at random between 80 and 100% of the set maximum, adds delays between actions, and applies its own ceiling below LinkedIn's limits.
  • Waalaxy lists an AI message writer and campaign suggestions, a unified LinkedIn Inbox, and an Email Finder (the site states a 61%+ match rate, which is its own claim).
  • Waalaxy's data policy says account deletion removes prospects, campaigns, messages and statistics within 30 days, and cites GDPR rights requests answered within 30 days.

Limitations

  • LinkedIn invitations are capped at 300 a month on Pro and 800 a month on Advanced and Business. Waalaxy's limits article gives Pro 11 a day and Advanced/Business 100 a day and 200 a week.
  • The terms do not include a general refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration, and you pay through the end of the current commitment if you cancel. The pricing page says you can cancel by turning off auto-renewal.
  • The terms and data policy do not discuss LinkedIn's own rules or account restrictions; the terms say users must check each site's rules and hold Waalaxy harmless. The data policy does not state where data is stored and does not mention AI training.

lemlist

Sales engagement platform for email and multichannel outreach with a lead database; Email plan from $55 a month billed yearly ($69 monthly).

Who it is for

Sales and outbound teams that want lead data, email warm-up and multichannel sequences in one tool. The vendor positions Enterprise for larger teams that need central control, SSO, compliance review or invoice payment.

Strengths

  • The pricing page lists unlimited users and email senders on the Email plan, along with an email and phone finder, a 650M+ lead database, warm-up, a deliverability hub, CRM integrations and an API.
  • The Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, a built-in call dialer and VoIP integrations; WhatsApp automation is listed as a separate add-on.
  • lemlist lists native CRM sync with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and an MCP server for campaigns, leads and enrichment (vendor's AI info page).

Limitations

  • The Email plan is sold by monthly sending volume, starting at 50,000 emails a month at $69 monthly ($55 billed yearly) and rising to 1,000,000 at $659 monthly ($527 billed yearly); the cap is team-wide and active campaigns pause when it is reached. The help center says Email does not include LinkedIn actions, WhatsApp or calling minutes.
  • Data features use credits: the help center lists 400 free enrichment credits per Multichannel user a month, and the Lead data enrichment add-on is $20 a month ($16 shown discounted) for 2,000 credits. The trial gives 200 one-time credits, and after a 14-day trial accounts move to a Freemium plan with no campaign sending.
  • The terms say the Minimum Annual Fee is non-cancelable and non-refundable, unused fees for a month or year already begun are not refunded, and unused credits are lost without refund. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the cycle, and the terms contain conflicting language about automatic renewal.
  • The help center says lemlist does not delete data when you cancel and keeps it until you request deletion. The terms do not say explicitly whether customer data is used to train AI models, and the sending policy allows lemlist to limit sending or close accounts over complaints.
