What is Fliki?
Fliki is a web-based AI video and voice tool that turns text, scripts, blog URLs and slide decks into narrated videos with stock or AI-generated visuals, captions and music. It runs in the browser, and its pages also mention a developer API and an iOS app.
Who it's for
Fliki says it is for creators, professionals and teams making videos for YouTube, Shorts and Reels, marketing, training, education, e-commerce and localization. It lists no specific audience it is not aimed at.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- Fliki lists 2,000+ AI voices and 80+ languages and dialects on its home page, with voice cloning from a short sample (the feature page says a 30-second sample).
- Text-to-video accepts a finished script, a one-line idea, a blog URL, or a PPT/PDF upload, with videos up to 15 minutes and 1080p MP4 export in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9.
- Fliki lists one-click publishing to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, plus an embed code for blogs and sites.
- Fliki says its generator runs third-party video, image and voice models (including OpenAI, Google, Kling, Bytedance and ElevenLabs) inside one workspace.
- Fliki lists talking avatars, a digital twin, dialogue with up to five AI voices, dubbing, auto-editing that trims silences, and word-by-word subtitles.
- Fliki says paid plans include commercial rights, and that videos made during a paid subscription keep their commercial license after it ends.
Limitations
- The Free plan has 3 credits a month, 720p export, a Fliki watermark, 5-minute exports, no commercial rights, and no AI video clips, AI avatar, translation or YouTube publishing.
- Usage is metered in credits that vary by action: voiceover is billed per minute by voice tier (0.25 to 2 credits), AI video is 0.1 to 6 credits per second by model, and exports and publishes also cost credits.
- Paid plans are per user. Standard (180 credits) lacks team collaboration and caps publishing at 50 a month; Premium (600 credits) caps it at 120 a month. Both have daily publish caps.
- Fliki's FAQ says paid plans are not refunded, and its terms say refunds are case by case and fees for the current period are not returned. Subscriptions renew automatically.
- Fliki's FAQ does not address training on customer content. Its terms do not mention AI training and grant Fliki a license to use content to operate, improve and develop services. The FAQ also contradicts itself on whether extra credits can be bought.

Fliki's pricing page lists credits and limits but its Standard and Premium dollar amounts did not render when read. Standard's $28 monthly price appears on Fliki's FAQ and text-to-video page; the other figures are Reported from a third-party tracker and may be outdated, and the annual discount is shown as 40% on the toggle and 25% in the page description. Confirm on the live pricing page; prices are in USD.
