What is Heidi Health?

Heidi (Heidi Health, which calls itself an AI Care Partner) is an AI scribe that turns clinician-patient conversations into structured notes and follow-up documents, with cited clinical evidence lookups and agent-style workflows around visits. It runs as a web app, desktop apps for macOS and Windows, and an iPhone/iPad app.

Who it's for

The vendor aims it at healthcare professionals, from solo clinicians to clinics and health systems, and its App Store listing cites primary care, hospitals and allied health. It is a documentation tool for clinicians, not a consumer or patient-facing product, and the vendor says it exercises no clinical judgment.

Pros & cons

Strengths

  • The pricing page lists unlimited transcription and standard templates on the Free plan, and says scribing and clinical evidence queries never consume the Agents usage allowance.
  • The App Store listing says notes can be produced in English plus 17 other languages, including Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Japanese and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
  • The integrations page names EHR/EMR connections including Epic, Oracle Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm and Best Practice, plus Cliniko, Semble and Halaxy for practice management.
  • The integrations page also lists Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Drive and Sheets, and Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint Online, which relate to its agent workflows.
  • The vendor's safety page says it does not use customer data to train its AI, and says no audio recordings are saved after real-time transcription.
  • The vendor's help center says trainees can get a paid plan free after verifying student status.

Limitations

  • Advanced features on Free are capped. The help center describes a shared pool of 10 actions a month, while the pricing page describes a smaller weekly Agents allowance, so the two vendor pages differ.
  • The official pricing page we could read lists no dollar amounts; paid prices below come from third-party trackers and conflict with each other (Reported $110, $150 and $90 for the individual tier).
  • Agents, Routines, Computer use and Memory are listed as limited usage on every tier; the size of the allowance is not stated on the pages we read.
  • Team features such as SSO, EHR integration depth, custom terms and hosting, and priority support are reserved for Practice, Teams or Enterprise tiers, and Enterprise is sales-quoted.
  • The vendor says its agentic Heidi II product is available only in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada and South Africa. The help center says new Scribe Team subscriptions are UK and EU only.

Plans and pricing

  • Free: $0. One seat with unlimited transcription and standard templates, and cited clinical evidence. Advanced templates, Ask, linking, sharing, coding and Agents are limited-usage.
  • Clinician: Reported $110 a user a month, billed annually by default, monthly toggle available. Self-serve with a 14-day free trial and Standard or Max seat options. Adds expanded advanced templates, Ask and evidence use. Price from a third-party tracker.
  • Practice: Reported $180 a user a month, billed annually. Team tier per the tracker and help center: shared templates, session sharing, fuller EHR integration, 14-day trial. Not seen on the pricing page text we could read.
  • Teams / Enterprise: Contact sales. Custom seats and shared monthly capacity. Lists SSO, EHR integration, custom terms and hosting, and dedicated customer success.

The official pricing page was fetched but its text showed no dollar amounts; the Clinician and Practice figures are Reported by the third-party tracker usagepricing.com (captured Oct 5, 2026) in USD, excluding taxes. A competitor guide lists $150 for Clinician and an older vendor subdomain page lists $90 for Pro, so confirm on the live pricing page, including regional currency.

Details checked October 2026 against the vendor's own pages. Prices and limits change, so confirm before you buy. Official pricing page ↗
