What is Fellow?
Fellow is a meeting tool with an AI note taker that records, transcribes and summarizes meetings, then produces a recap with a summary, key decisions and action items. It runs on Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack huddles, and Fellow also lists a mobile app and in-person capture.

Teams that hold recurring meetings and want notes, action items, recordings and a searchable meeting history in one place. Fellow lists sales note templates and Salesforce and HubSpot integrations on its Business plan, and SSO and HIPAA/BAA for Enterprise.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- Fellow's help center says the note taker records, transcribes and summarizes meetings in 93 languages and produces a recap with a summary, transcript, decisions and action items.
- Fellow says it never uses meeting data to train AI models, and lists SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and GDPR compliance for its AI features.
- The help center describes Ask Fellow, a chat assistant that can search meeting history and draft summaries or docs for export to Notion, Confluence or Google Docs. It also lists pre-meeting briefs for recurring meetings.
- Fellow's help center says you can upload MP3, M4A, WAV or MP4 files to get AI notes, transcripts and recaps; the pricing page lists 5 lifetime uploads on Free.
- Fellow's features page lists note templates (1-on-1s, sales calls, project syncs, interviews, all-hands) and custom templates, plus integrations with Slack, Zapier, Notion, Confluence, Asana, Jira, Linear, ClickUp and Monday, a public API and an MCP server.
- Fellow says teams can record with a visible bot or without one (botless audio capture), and that IT admins control retention, access and sharing policies.
Limitations
- The Free plan allows up to 5 seats and 5 lifetime AI meeting notes, 5 lifetime recordings and 5 lifetime uploads per user, with limited notes history.
- Team is capped at 20 seats and 10 AI notes per month per user; the pricing page lists 10 recordings with no period stated. Unlimited AI notes and recordings start at Business.
- Prices are per user, and Fellow's pricing FAQ says billing is based on active users at the start of each billing cycle.
- Salesforce and HubSpot are listed on Business; Enterprise adds items such as domain control, user provisioning, transcript redaction and security and legal reviews. The feature table checkmarks for SOC 2, SSO and HIPAA/BAA could not be mapped to tiers.
- Fellow's own pages disagree in places: the pricing FAQ refers to a Pro plan that is not among the tiers, the help center says Free supports 10 enabled users while the pricing page says 5 seats, and Enterprise is shown as both starting at 10 users and unlimited seats.
- Fellow's help center says monthly subscriptions are not refundable and annual ones can be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal. The terms of use say subscriptions auto-renew and require 30 days' notice before the renewal anniversary to stop.
