What is Gumloop?
Gumloop is an AI agent builder and automation platform. Users build agents and workflows and run them on schedules, triggers, webhooks or the API. It also hosts and proxies MCP servers, which it calls guMCP.
Who it's for
A vendor blog post says it is built for enterprise companies and lists users from solo operators to enterprise teams in marketing, sales, customer service, HR and operations.
Pros & cons
Strengths
- Pro lists unlimited agents, seats and teams, and 35+ models, according to the live pricing page
- Pro lists 20,000 included credits a month, 5 concurrent workflow runs, 25 concurrent agent chats and 1 hosted MCP server
- The vendor's blog says Gumloop hosts and proxies MCP servers and that they can be used for APIs it does not cover with a pre-built integration
- A vendor blog post says it has hundreds of built-in integrations and is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. We found no exact count and no audit report
- Enterprise lists an optional virtual private cloud, SCIM and SAML sign-on, audit logs, role-based access and organization-wide connector policies
Limitations
- The pricing page shows no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial of Pro that needs a card, converts to paid unless cancelled and is one per customer. A vendor blog from 15 December 2025 listed 5,000 free credits a month, and we found no vendor page explaining the change. Trackers say the free plan ended in July 2026
- Pro's 20,000 credits a month (7,400 paid plus 12,600 bonus) do not roll over, per the credits docs. Overage can be turned on at $0.005 a credit and is capped (default 1,000,000 credits), and agents stop at the cap
- An 8% orchestration fee applies on Pro, rising to 16% on agent chats when you bring your own model key, per the credits docs. Enterprise lists discounts on it
- Concurrency and hosted MCP servers are capped on Pro (5 workflow runs, 25 agent chats, 1 MCP server). Enterprise values are custom
- The pricing page states no annual price. Governance features such as SAML, audit logs and role-based access appear to be Enterprise only, and Enterprise pricing is not published
Plans and pricing
- Free: Not on the pricing page. A vendor blog from December 2025 listed 5,000 free credits a month. The live pricing page lists only a 14-day trial of Pro.
- Pro: From $37 a month, billing period not stated. 14-day free trial. 20,000 credits a month, 8% orchestration fee, unlimited seats, teams and agents, 35+ models, 5 concurrent workflow runs, 25 concurrent agent chats, 1 hosted MCP server.
- Enterprise: Custom, contact sales. Custom credits and concurrency, 35+ models with custom proxy support, organization-wide connector policies, optional virtual private cloud, discounts on the orchestration fee.
Pro and Enterprise details are from the live pricing page, and the credit, overage, trial and fee details from Gumloop's credits and billing docs, all read on 18 October 2026. The pricing page does not say whether $37 is billed monthly or annually, and we found no annual price. Whether and when the free plan ended comes from third-party trackers, not a vendor page. Confirm on the live pricing page.
