What is Mistral Le Chat?
Mistral's AI assistant and coding agent in one product. Mistral's own pages now call it Mistral Vibe (formerly Le Chat) and say existing conversations, settings and plans carry over. It handles research, spreadsheet and document tasks, scheduled workflows and multi-file coding from web, mobile, CLI and IDEs.

Individuals, developers, teams and enterprises, per Mistral. It covers general work tasks (research, documents, email, meeting briefs) and software tasks (features, tests, migrations).

- The free plan has limited messages, web searches and coding sessions, and up to 5 scheduled tasks
- Pro and Team limits are described relative to Free (for example up to 6x messages), not as absolute numbers
- Domain verification and data export are listed under Team; audit logs, SAML SSO and an Admin API are Enterprise only
- Prices are listed excluding taxes
Plans and pricing
- Free: $0. Limited messages, web searches and coding sessions, basic image generation.
- Pro: $14.99/month (excl. taxes). Higher limits, all-day coding in CLI, IDE and web, $15/month API credits.
- Pro for verified students: $5.99/month for up to 12 months. Needs verification at an accredited higher-education institution and no prior use of Vibe or Le Chat.
- Team: $24.99 per user/month (excl. taxes). Higher limits, up to 30 GB per user, domain verification, data export.
- Enterprise: Custom. Contact sales. Adds SSO, audit logs and custom deployments.
Mistral's pricing page shows no annual option. The web chat is still at chat.mistral.ai. Usage caps are not published as numbers.
